I don't live in Goldendale anymore. My parents still do and spend a lot of time out here and do all my fishing and hunting out there, or even farther east. Eventually I'll retire back to the vineyard life.

I'm currently in a decade long battle with Portland Hipsters. I've learned just to out snob them. Cook food better then they do and say you only eat organic free range meats that you've harvested and butchered yourself. And how you don't want to feed into the food industrial complex. And how you just want to be a part of the solution and not a part of the problem. During this conversation of course you have to have your eyes closed. 90% of the time they don't know that I'm making fun of them. So sad. I'd rather be a hippie than a hipster!
