NWCOA = "National Wildlife Control Operators Association" Tim Julien passed away yesterday. 4-4-2017
Tim was a good friend of mine and others. He was one of NWCOA’s founding fathers and our first president for the first ten years.
I've known Tim for some 20+ years and drove out several times to IN to see him. We had some great times.
For anybody that knew him he was a real true down to earth guy.
Tim retired from the Army and was a disabled Veteran. :salute:
Tim was a good friend and with heavy heart he will be missed by my wife Lydia and myself.
