Title: Turkeys are gobbling! Where??
Post by: HoofsandWings on February 21, 2009, 07:42:33 AM: Yesterday over here on the peninsula, in town, I slammed the hood of my car and heard a turkey gooble.
We think that an organic foods neighbor who had some turkeys penned up had one escape. At least I have one to practice my calling. They were white turkeys, which should be easy to spot.

Post by: blacktail luv on February 22, 2009, 03:56:22 PM: My son and I went out looking for sheds this morning and saw a flock of about 100 birds. the hens were all yelping which was making all the toms gobble. Fun yo listen to, kinda got me excited for the youth hunt.
