I'm thinking of updating to a newer Rhino this year and I'm wondering if the new 700's are worth the extra money or if I should just pickup a 650 the next time I see them on sale for $300.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Does the 750 use usb for its charging system?
It says it charges via a standard mini USB.

Thinking of the 750 or 755.
Is it worth the extra $100 to go with 755? Looking at the specs, you get a little more internal memory, the camera(which I don't need), and the topo maps.
I assume that the 750 will show topo maps with the right chip?

In some areas you will likely buy the onx state or regional chip for $79-$99 but its nice to have a backup for areas you haven't yet purchased - the full US topo is $99 but comes with the 755 so its a good deal and you get a free camera plus the us topo built in. But if you are only using it in one or two states and don't ever need the camera then save the $ and just by an onX chip. The birdseye is a $29 subscription. Ive used it but quality wasn't as good as my cell phone but may be better now.

I was thinking of getting the WA state onX chip with either, so I can get the public/private landownership boundaries. But I just looked up online, and WA chip is $119.99. For some reason I thought separate state chips were under $50.??!!
Sounds like 755 is the way to go, I'll have the topo but not the boundaries.

How does the Birdseye work in the back country? Cell phones and tablets are good when you have services but I'm not usually hunting where there is service.

Also, has anyone used the Garmin in reach? Wife wants me to get one for when I'm hunting alone this year so she can text me and track me.

That's crazy. Pretty good discount on the 755t but the 750 price stayed the same and is now more expensive then the 755t. Makes me laugh.

I also gave into momma and bought an Inreach so she can text message and track me when I'm in Idaho so hopefully she'll worry less. Just what I needed, another monthly payment with fees from the government.
