Title: Range finder recommendations

I'm not looking for a range finder for rifle where 300-500 + yards are being ranged. This would be for within 75 yards.
I will not be paying hundreds of dollars for a range finder.
There must be a few decent RFs out there that are in the $100 range.

I was looking at that. That has a lot of positive reviews.
At the exact same price point is this guy here:

They look very similar and both have very positive reviews.

Post by: goldenhtr on June 13, 2017, 08:55:54 PM: Neither of those have ARC or any angle compensation. You will be surprised how much the yardage changes with uphill or downhill shots. I shoot from benches alot and it can be as much as 3-5 or more yards difference. Get the best used one you can find with some angle comp. :twocents:

It doesn't cost any more to shoot a laser 500 yards than it does 25.

You could always get the $50 special on Black Friday, but you are going to have to spend a bit to get a decent unit with the features you want.
