Title: Fall Fishing @ Potholes
Post by: nodak transplant on October 12, 2007, 07:38:18 AM
Anybody have any luck in the fall over at potholes?

Had mild luck there in the summer, walleye is what i'm going for mainly.  Just happens to be a closer drive than banks or roosevelt

NT
I was fishing Winchester Waste Way and don't know about the bass dang small perch were thick and couldn't keep them off the line long enough to catch anything else.
I've been walleye fishing with people that know how to fish a half dozen times and by myself a few times and have never seen a walleye. I'm jinxed No I really mean it. A dark cloud will start the day and get worse from there. I have to apologise to everyone back at the boat launch and now when they see me they don't even take their boat of the trailer and let me know I'm #1 in their books.
Anyway I think that's what they mean?

Been out bass fishing probably a couple dozen times this year and the bass weren't to good with the resevoir being kept at such a high level and had what seemed like a better year for walleye.
