Title: Conex containers in the Ellensburg area

Anybody  purchase a Conex containers in the Ellensburg area. Curious if one company is better then the next. Thanks for the reply

i just bought one from pac-van in yakima they delivered it to my sight in ellensburg.  dropped it right on the blocks i had on the ground. they had 20 and 40 footers,new or used, doors on one end or both ends.

I think there is a place called simple box in ellensburg also.  I know at pac van it wasn't much more to go to a 40 foot container and with barn doors on both ends it gives me lots of options.

Simple box wants $5300 for a new high cube. Thought I might check around for a better price. Thanks for the info

I got a new 40' with doors on both ends delivered for $5,200 plus tax from PacVan.

Mistake simple box wants $6300 for the 40' high cube. Drivers coming up to check the dirt road Out to see if he can make it in.

Is that taller than a normal container?

What kind of foundation are you guys putting these on?

I set mine on some 5"x8"x20" concrete blocks.  8"x20" foot print and 5" tall. Right under each corner.  In my area you are required to have them off of the ground so that the water can run under it and absorb into the ground evenly or something like that.

I layed 12" of 5" minus rock for drainage underneath the containers may set them on railroad ties partially set into the rock. Concrete blocks may be easier. High cube is 9 1/2' high verses 8'
