Hey guys, this might be in the wrong section but I didn't know where else to post. Does the kryptek inferno camo pattern satisfy the states 400 square inch blaze orange requirement? I feel if I was to be wearing a top and pants in it anyone would be able to see me. But from a legality stand point I don't want to break any rules. If you know the answer or have a game warden friend you could ask. Please let me know. Thank you.

Camouflage orange is legal. The 400 square inches must be above the waist.
-
If you're not wearing a pack, just the inferno vest would satisfy the requirement, especially with a hat. With a backpack on you would need something orange over your backpack or blaze plants as well, I'd say.

Pants don't matter in satisfying the 400 square inches.

400 sq. Inches is less area than you may imagine. A baseball cap is around 20%.
I have used an orange camo vest and baseball cap and was way over the 400 sq. Inch requirement and that was with a pack.
Good luck.
Edit: mens large sized vest.

And FYI, midway has the kryptek inferno Vesuvius vest for 60$-70$(depending on size) whereas cabelas has it for 100$. Midway also doesn't charge tax,

Hey guys thanks for all the replies. At first I figured I was thinking outside the box and would just get blaze camo and skip out of having to wear a vest. Now looking at prices and exploring I believe I will just keep wearing my normal blaze vest. Thanks again for those who answered.
