Post by: yakimanoob on August 15, 2017, 12:35:12 PM: Just an FYI. Sierra Trading post is mostly backpacking stuff but sometimes has deals on hunting gear and apparel. They've got some sick deals going on Sitka gear right now...

I had completely forgotten about Sierra Trading Post!

Thanks for posting this! I have been looking around for a new day pack, looked at the link and low and behold a nice pack on sale!

I went there today for the very first time. At check out I was told I could save 10% if I had a TJMaxx loyalty card.

I don't shop at TJ Maxx, and I doubt that 90% of outdoors people do. Wrong target market, folks.

Not much different from Outdoor Sportsman, in my judgment.

Businesses get acquired all the time, but I was surprised they ran an ad campaign advertising that STP was now part of the "TJMaxx family." I doubt that ad's doing them much good.
