There is a cash n carry in Longview/Kelso. Naturally I would see this after the sale is over.

Cash and carry is mainly restaurant supply. 15 dz eggs for a restaurant is nothing.

wow I was wondering where I could get a killer deal on a lot of eggs

Seriously, I want to make a ton of breakfast burrito's for the teens before they head off to school/work.  I freeze em in seal a meal bags, they last a long time.

Bought another chuck roll today, along with a strip steak.  $150 total for both.  Chuck roll is gonna get butchered tomorrow but the strip steak is going in the fridge for a 60 day dry aging.  In two months, I should end up with 8, 16oz 60 day dry aged New York steaks for $74 after all of the trimming is done.  Not sure what market value on that is but it has to be more than $74

I also paid $20 for the 25 pack of Costco sized Hebrew National hotdogs.  I sat there debating the value of that, while freezing in the walk in cooler but after getting home and cooking one up, I can say it was totally worth it

We normally get them when Grocery Outlet has them and those are the normal hot dog size ones.  These ones were as big as polish dogs and absolutely awesome!

Yes the faties are the best when a guy can find them. Some times safeway has them, they always have the regular sized and bun sized.
