Just a heads up to anyone planning to access ALW from the Salmon La Sac area, the road is now closed past the Wish Poosh campground due to the Jolly Mountain fire. Hopefully that doesn't affect too many plans!

Bro in law lives in Ronald, said they are on level 1 right now.

Where are the guys that hunt there going to spill over to? That fire just closed one of the hardest hit areas for the high buck hunt in the state
-
This closure is for all roads past the last resort??

Wow. That's to bad. How's the smoke in the valley. Was thinking of heading over this weekend. But?..

The air isn't very good in Yakima, but not sure if that's a product of our fire (on chinook) or that one. I could see the plume from that one from Selah yesterday though, so it's making some ash.
