Title: Salmon La Sac closed for fire
Post by: thom9719 on August 24, 2017, 10:22:32 AM: Just a heads up to anyone planning to access ALW from the Salmon La Sac area, the road is now closed past the Wish Poosh campground due to the Jolly Mountain fire. Hopefully that doesn't affect too many plans!

I've been dreaming about elk hunting all year in our area this is really really bumming me out right now. Whole family has vacation and talk about it daily

Post by: boneaddict on August 28, 2017, 01:33:14 PM: The air isn't very good in Yakima, but not sure if that's a product of our fire (on chinook) or that one. I could see the plume from that one from Selah yesterday though, so it's making some ash.
