I heard from a friend that peppers finally sold? Any truth to that?

Rumor mill is always churning. I hope it didn't sell. Rumor I heard was a feasibility study was being performed and sale pending... supposedly a horse person... not the best land to run horses on. Plus the setback due to the salmon stream.
