:ACRY: my spot is closed. Time to scramble
-
I lost 3 spots I had been into. I have a hailmary available, but absolutely no boots on ground scouting and no idea if there is any water left. Thinking about just staying home this year
-
Yes, my favorite and backup spots are closed to. But I was scouting two alternate spots the past few months in other wilderness areas just in case. So, on to the contingency plan now. No fires over there.
-
Yes. looking like plan c- going to also be scrambling but it will play out. On a bright note morel hunting is going to be easy next year;)

Plan B for me!

On the verge.
Hoping some of this weather will help.

I just found this smoke forecast: http://www.lar.wsu.edu/airpact/gmap/ap5/ap5smoke.html (http://www.lar.wsu.edu/airpact/gmap/ap5/ap5smoke.html)
No help to the closures, but it definitely looks good for general air quality through the rest of the areas.
