I think I've caught just about all the region's megafauna (including the two-legged and wheeled kinds -- the last pic is me) except for deer in 3 weeks' time. Unit 360.

moar.
-
And yes, I am working on that big blackie :)
-
You sir, are em!

Looks like that cat has been working out at the gym.
-
Looks like that cat has worms, Thanks for sharing the pics.
-
Promising..... except the quad, which I'm assuming is off trail.

Yeah. I thought about reporting it, but I always scour the area for prints and I didn't even notice the tire tracks (they crossed the cam and went back to the road within about 2 minutes so I think they were just exploring a little), so no harm done I guess. Plus bringing the family out and the little girl's helmet is just so endearing...
-
That's funny. I was camped out during my archery elk hunt one mile from that family on the quad. I had my camp on rd. 216 off of 1400 (Oak creek rd.)

Man, they went for quite a drive then.

All they did was drive. LOL

Do you have any frontal shots of the bear?
-
LOL, I don't have any experience with trail cams but after seeing all the different critters in the same spot I really want one. So cool!

Nope. Think you recognize it? :chuckle:
I spotted a similar-sized bear that I think was the same one, but it was from about 800 yds and in the shade so I didn't pick up on any distinctive marks, and he gave me the slip.

I told my wife yesterday that I've decided I could never have too many game cameras. I'm addicted for sure :chuckle:

FYI Naches Sportsman, your pm mailbox is full :).
-
Opened it up. Sorry about that.

Natives it's fine 👌

All of the animals are going to the right, but you are walking to the left. Maybe you need to change your hunting tactics.
:chuckle:
Cool pics. Thanks for sharing.

I’m thinking tree stand spot.
You found a freeway.
Just sit and wait for something to come along.

Haha! I have most of these animals going both directions (except the cougar and the coyote). I didn't even realize I had posted all of them heading the same direction :).
Forgot to mention I have a very blurry photo of a bobcat here as well.
-
It's official! With the deer, I have all of the resident megafauna at one location :IBCOOL: (This is the same location; I just accidentally aimed it a little left of my usual target this time).
Also, I WILL get that bear... The person is me, for size reference. I'm 6'2" 215lb.
-
Did you step in any bear scat?
-
nice pics got a few bears there it looks like and a cat pic is always cool to see
-
Picked up my camera this evening; I'll put in a new set of batteries and pick a different spot for the winter, but this one's going to be hard to beat and may become a permanent cam location.
Note the time stamps between the running cow and the cat.
Also, I counted EIGHT different bucks in the 13 day soak, but a lot of the photos were blurry / not worth posting.
-
Very cool, thanks for sharing!
-
second to last pic kinda looks like a BT tail :dunno:
-
I'll be calling in coyotes and hopefully a cat up in you know where as soon as the snow flies if you want to tag along. I got two kitties on my cam up there between the first of November and last Thursday.
-
That cat was 4 minutes behind that elk...bet that elk is dead somewhere.
And ya...weird looking benchleg.
-
The cam is about 12 miles from Naches, as the crow flies. You guys really think BT would come that far east?
-
Great series of pictures! Lots of game crossing in front of your camera!!

Looks like he did :dunno:

A few years ago (either Spring or Fall, can't remember for sure) I ran into a big herd of deer about 6 miles west of Naches, all of which tails just like this one. Looked more blacktail than mule to me.
