Title: Hearing Protection for Dogs
Post by: acnewman55 on October 12, 2017, 04:36:43 PM: Who equips their dog with hearing protection while shooting?

Looking for recommendations for larger breeds. My pup is an American Akita, should be about 100lbs full grown.

Akita size you could just use the orange ear plugs. Compress them and let them expand to ear canal dimensions. Just remember to remove after!!
I would think these would help with Cheat grass as well???

They'll be deaf whether they are a hunting dog or not after 9-10 years old. They chose what they want to hear at that point if their hearing is good or not.
