Title: Hunting license vendors near UW

My brother is coming into town and needs to pick up a license, it looks like there is a Fred Meyer on the way to Ballard but I was wondering if anyone knew a place within walking distance of UW?

Unfortunately the Big 5 on the Ave is closed, so I think the Ballard Fred Meyer or Big 5 are the closest if you have a car.  Or if you're stuck with walking/public transit from the UW area, it's an easy light rail ride from Husky Stadium down to the Safeco/Clink light rail stop, which is very close to Outdoor Emporium.
