Are these American Widgeon? Young male, and a female? Both female? Know your target right? Well I was practicing catch and release....lol

I believe they are both females. The males normally have a all black bill.

Front = Hen Rear is young drake. (Lighter Breast color)

That would be my guess too. The duck on the left has the drake markings on the tail, not full colored yet.
