Title: Food Plot Planting Tip, At Least For Me
Post by: Wacenturion on December 04, 2017, 01:27:03 PM
For what it's worth, the main thing that bothered me after my initial food plot plantings, was the realization I didn't know for the most part what I was looking at emerging from the soil, except for the obvious clover.  With diverse plantings and resident seeds lying in wait in the soil to come up, I decided to have mini sample plots at home.  That way I could learn to differentiate what I'm actually looking at on the ground and somewhat get a feel for growth rate from home, even if 6 hours away.

Smart!  I will be diving into food plots this coming spring.  Kind of excited about it!
