If it is "falling apart," they may pass. Copied from their website:

We do our absolute best to make the most of every vehicle donated, but reserve the right to turn down a vehicle donation for any reason. There is the number to call and discuss the vehicles condition ahead of time before they send someone out, only to find they have spent resources that they could have saved.

If it is a 1970's Dodge Magnum only model, and nothing special like a sub-model version of Challenger or Charger, it should look something like the first generation 1978-79 model:
