So with the appeals exhausted in the Taurus lawsuit I am looking at taking the option of sending mine back and getting the Gen 2. Has anyone shot both? thoughts? Also has anyone gone through the process of sending it back, getting a different one in exchange, getting it shipped back ect. Any help would be appreciated.

Is there an option to send it back and get your money back? If there is that's what i would do.I like a some of the concepts Taurus comes up with but after trying to deal with their customer service or lack there of on a PT 92 years ago and picking up a brand new judge with a broken cylinder lock they are on my no buy list.Good luck :)
