With APC?
I order from them a couple times a year and have never had a problem. But I have also heard good things about other companies and then I end up with problems. :bash:

Glad to hear it wasn't APC's fault. I am also glad that the PO has it on record that it arrived. You will have some recourse. That is too much money to just have something disapear.

Geez Rasbo not only did they send it to the wrong address, they sent the wrong model. WTF!!!!!!!!!! ;)
