Title: A couple whiteys
Post by: walt on March 07, 2009, 04:54:10 PM
First one I found was last years.  When I pulled it up I found all of the tines had been chewed down.  I carried it for a bit while I decided if I should keep it.  When I got down to where the main trail crosses where I was headed next I decided to place it just off the main trail.  Hopefully someone's kid finds it.  Next I headed up the other side to where I found a 4pt a couple weeks ago.  This is the third time I have been up there looking for the other side of that shed and didn't find it again.  I'm guessing someone else found it.  I did find another 4pt on the way out.  It was last years and was in the open just off an old spur road.  I have no idea how no one found it before me.  This is a popular hiking area in the summer time.  The first is ATL, second is where I put it, third is ATL.
