A buddy and I went to W klick yesterday for deer. I hadn't been over there since august. Which all entrances were blocked blocked due to fire danger, so I thought. We arrived at O perfect thirty and they were still blocked >:(. But we made the best of what we had and hiked in to one of the areas. Didn't see any bucks but saw two big does. When we got back to the truck a couple of local hunters pull up and we start shootin the breeze. They said due to vandals and a major theft of logs that the canadian timber co is permmently closeing access. Sometime this year someone went up to one of their load decks with a self loader and loaded up :o. Man my hunting areas are getting smaller and smaller due to this kind of bs >:(..

Damn...now thats helping yourself. Well the good thing is limited access sometimes improves things as long as you have the legs to get there. I'm waiting for the day to come that I can't, then I will bitch. Any fish in the river?

Bone I here what your saying but, yes there is a but.
This is my second major hunting area that has been closed due to vandals, dumping, and theft. The 1 percent has screwed me twice from good areas and the state has decommissioned access in another area. Feels like I'm shoveling *censored* against the tide if you know what I mean ;) Have you ever heard that saying, the older you get the bigger the hill. Well I'm not getting any younger :chuckle: I see a whole lot of scouting next year.
