Sounds like a scam?
-
caveat emptor
-
$2400 seems rather low for that many miles.
-
Disregard. I got the reply email. It is most definitely a scam and has been reported

12 year old ford 1/2 ton with over 100k miles. Wasn't that many years ago that was only worth $2400. hehe

I thought the same. Did they forget a zero?

Was it a female current military with it already at amazon ready to ship once you paid? :chuckle:

I would've expected beaver pelt was more your style.

I like to mess with these scammers, they’ll “pay” any price you ask.
My friend put a “bop it xtreme” on Craigslist for 400$ and got a few full price offers... then he told said scammers he had offers and wouldn’t accept anything lower than 1000$ And they said “no problem as long as you do this wire transfer”
Ever since then I’ve done the same thing on Craigslist when I get scammer offers, just for the entertainment :hello:

Is the 30 seconds of humor worth it though? :dunno:
I always thought it's just best to not reply (or maybe forward to scam dept. at your email provider)
They're not all actually "in Africa". Probably pretty well versed on a computer/the internet.
Could be your next door neighbor :yike:

That truck is probably worth 3 times that much.
