Title: 4K Yard / 3k Yd Image Stabilized Rangefinders for $400 - Nikon anyone try em?
Post by: Magnum_Willys on April 28, 2018, 05:19:49 PM
Impressive price for new ranging distance leader if specs are true - 4000 yards for their 4k Black model though the 3k rangefinder with image stabilization interests me - backordered though no surprise.

Anyone try one?

I bought the 3000 back in feb. through a store that had an early release. I like it. Has a wider view than my old monarch. You don’t notice the stabilization until you do a side by side and then you see the difference it makes. So far I like it.

Have you had a chance to get 2000+ yard readings ?  I have a sig 2400 and it will do 2000 at times but 3000 is impressive.

I haven’t had a chance to get out and try max distances with it yet. I’ll try and get out and see what it will do and update. I’m an archery guy so usually don’t pay attention past 100 yards. :)
