How does it shoot?
-
...Like a long barrel AK.. :chuckle:
I shot one while in Germany. Not that bad of a rifle. The scopes that were issued with them have a pretty cool range finder built in. I found the trigger pull to be a little heavy and it was balanced a little nose heavy. :twocents:

I have shot a few including one that was chambered in .308. They are fun guns and look damn cool, but as far as accuracy goes, I thing any off the shelf hunting rifle will shoot as good or even better. Probably a 1.5 - 2 M.O.A. at best. :twocents:

I agree with 509er. Shot them when I was in the military as part of our Russian weapons course. For a Russian made small arm they are comparatively more accurate than most of their firearms. When compared with a modern bolt action rifle it is not really worth it to pursue for strictly accuracy purposes. If you like the idea of owning one just to have then why not? They shoot well enough.

That scope that comes on em is pretty neat!!! Has range and moving target reticle built in!! Pretty cool if you can figure it out!!!

Shot them, liked it... not worth the money.
I was always befuddled how the damn thing can maintain zero the way they're mounted.

One of the Dragunovs I was shooting actrually had the mount locking spring fail and the scope fell off and hit the dirt! :yike: I was my buddies pride and joy, I did not know how to tell him.
