I bought a pair of Under Armour Browtine boots in spring of 2013. They fit great, and they were very comfortable to walk in. I used those boots for three years without any issues, the three worst packs of my life were in those boots, including miles and miles of shed hunting and hiking with my pups. After 3 years they finally gave out, but i was satisfied with the use I got from them, so I bought another pair last spring. The new boots fit like a glove right out of the box and I was excited for new adventures in this pair. By the time October got here, the boots were already showing signs of wear, and the finish had rubbed off the toe on both boots. By the end of hunting season the seams were showing signs of wear and the boots looked like my old pair did after 3 years. By the time I was done shed hunting and turkey hunting I had burst a seam on one of the boots. They barely made it a year. I was pissed, the other pair I had was great, this one crap. I decided to email Under Armour and tell them my story to see what they said. As soon as I typed up my story in the live chat, the first response was send it them in, if you have the receipt we'll give you a gift card for the amount paid, if not we will give you a gift card for the last sale price of the boot. I was very please at the customer service and the fact that they stand behind their product. Just wanted to share my story.

That’s awesome. I bought a pair in 2013 as well and loved them. Not as waterproof now but still work great otherwise.

Under Armor threw too many hunters under the bus for me to support them.

:yeah: They were so excited that they still had a hunter left as a customer, they'd probably have thrown in a free pair of running shoes, as well. None of my money is going to them, for sure.

I definitely understand that sentiment, and in the future I doubt I will buy another pair from them, however, if they are going to send me a free pair of boots, I am not going to say no.

Were I in your shoes (pun intended), I'd have done the same. Of course, then I'd have covered their logo with LOWA or something! :chuckle:
