 Yes.

-
				Fantastic.

-
				Good stuff!

-
Wow, tough hunt. Really good video. Probably one of the toughest ever filmed.

-
				Just plumb crazy. :yike:

-
That was crazy steep. What a physically challenging hunt. It took until day 8 to get within range of a shooter billy. That had to be mentally tough as well.

 Great video, thanks for sharing.
-
				tag for later

-
Boy, what an epic hunt and video. Thanks Shane.

-
:yike: :yeah: :yike: that was awesome.

-
Awesome video.  Those are some tough men in my book.

-
				Epic!!!

-
Great video! Wonder why they didn’t show the shot on the goat? Looks like they got it on film.

-
				That is so cool..!!

-
I felt frozen just watching.... 8 days to get up.  There are men and then there are MEN!

 Great film.

-
I also didn’t know they stayed up so high in the winter . They are amazing animals

-
				Incredible

-
To say that was a total tough guy hunt would be an understatement.  Even way way back in the day when I was in peak shape, that would have been a huge stretch for me.  Simply an awesome hunt video👊💥👊

-
				Uh no probably about it...

These guys were on a podcast, can't remember which one, a few weeks back.  Definitely worth listening to...you get a lot of the back story and description of the challenges they faced.

Anyone recall what podcast they were on?

What they eluded to in the podcast is that they wanted the film to cover and focus on the whole adventure and not just killing a goat.
-
Oh they defiantly covered the adventure in depth well for sure. Making a shot is for sure part of the adventure.
500+ yards if I remember from the video when I watched it this morning, in those conditions is always cool to see.
-
Damn good video! It would be fun to give that a go! It would be a great challenge!!!

-
				Epic hunt!
Love the part when he says “my billy is only 45 yards over there, but on the other side of the ravine” longest 45 yards ever, LOL
-
				Great video!!

-
				Hardcore. Great video.

-
I figured the title of this thread was hyperbole, but...  yeah...  probably the best mtn goat hunt video I'll ever see.

I can't even put into words how much I love that they glorified the struggle and the camaraderie and glossed over the kill shot and the shooting distance.  I loathe videos that climax at "lets watch this animal die" and "look how far I can shoot."

 Thanks for posting!

-
Quote of the movie, "This is why I guide with horses".
 Well duh.
-
Tougher than me. I hurt my shoulder getting dressed this morning.

-
Cool video.  Don't think I am interested in doing this.

-
awesome vid, don't think I could put together a posse of guys needed to do that though  :chuckle:  MUCH better than anything on tv

-
I think that hunt would be tougher mentally than physically. IDK :o

-
That looks absolutely amazing and I would like more than any other animal to go after a goat but I don't know how long I would last in those conditions. Very impressive group of guys to pull that off.

 :yeah:
 With you 100%

You should check out their Podcast, it's called Beyond the Kill.  Your statement pretty much sums up the whole point of his podcast.
-
				Wow, steep country. Great video.

-

 :yeah:
-
With a late season AK goat hunt on the books this is torture!!!  Kill video!!!!!!

-
				That was insane!!

-
I had tagged this for later, and I finally had the opportunity to watch it.  Wow.....That was a great video.  I spend a lot of time skiing steep stuff in the winter and up hilling that sort of terrain in snowshoes and crampons is beyond the stretch of my limits.  Thank you for sharing.

-
Awesome video! Thanks for sharing. I hope I get to experience a goat hunt before it’s too late

-
whens too late? 6 ft under? :chuckle:
