Title: Question. Raffle permits “ Eastside Elk”

Hunt area:

Except GMU 157 and those GMU’s closed to elk hunting or closed to branches antlered bull elk hunting. “

The way I read it. Is if a guy were to draw the “Eastern Elk” raffle permit. He wouldn’t be able to hunt branched antler bulls in the Colockum. The Colockum is closed to branched antler bull hunting with the acception of those being drawn for a “Bull” or “Quality Bull” permit. Or even the Mission unit for that matter.

Am I missing something?

Created " reasonable doubt" and that's all. It takes in a lot of cases these days
