So my good friend is a Lab breeder in Spokane and I have his stud. I got him hooked on bird hunting with Labs back in the late 80's. So he got his own dog a female and bred her to my male. He's come a long ways with his blood line. So when I was ready to get a pup I called him. He didn't have any pups but he was looking for a stud. He picked up a male and a female from Wisconsin. I have the male and he kept the female with his other females. They are OFA certified and have their DNA testing done. She is a yellow and my male is black, she is in heat and off to get bred and my boy Mel is having a sleep over at his place because his other female came into heat also. So he's going to have 2 litters.

Fine looking dog there.

Darn fine looking dog. Looks like he can do all kinds of different styles of hunting. Looks like he has a good life! Does he get to have a cigar after the double sleep over or when he is a father? ;)

Dog sleep overs are fun, they travel light and accept things like sleeping on the floor and being told to "shut up and sleep"

Ready in October

Any chocolates, or will they only be black and yellow?

Picking up a chocolate girl this Friday from Wind River Labs. Excellent bloodlines. I think Lee still has some pups left from this litter. It was a big one...6 girls and 5 boys...all brown.

Yellow and Black I believe. Give Mitch a call he will be able to answer all your questions.

Man that last picture reminds me of my old friend, he used to love to lay by a fire whether it was a campfire or a wood stove. A big AKC black lab(105lbs), best friend I ever had, had to say goodbye to him when he was 14, miss him every day. Great dogs

Mitch has one black male left. This dog is well started. He works with this dog everyday. He just started him on doubles. We took him hunting and he's not gun shy at all. He went hunting with his mother on ducks and pheasants.
