Title: Hodgdon is discontinuing H50BMG
Post by: yorketransport on July 10, 2018, 06:43:42 PM: For anyone who uses H50BMG, Hodgdon said they're discontinuing it. Apparently it's not a big seller and it's not compliant with the new EU REACH regulations. I assume there are additional powders which will be impacted by the same regs.

If you need some I'd pick up a keg or two now. I've got 2 kegs but I'll probably grab a 3rd just to be safe. I only get about 400 loads per keg in the 338 SnipeTac so 3 kegs would be just enough to burn out whatever life's left in my 2 barrels. :tup:

Well I hope that doesn't affect us at all. Their own website says H50BMG "shares the same technology as VARGET", I'd hate to see VARGET disappear because europe got their panties in a twist.
