Title: Grizz?
Post by: Slayerz on July 14, 2018, 06:13:24 PM: What are your thoughts on this bear? The first picture you can zoom in and really see the long light colored claws and the dished face profile. The second pic the cub looks more like a blackie, but not a real good face profile. This is the Idaho Selkirks so they are around. I am going with Grizz.

Not really. We have way too many of the blasted things. I've got a female with two cubs on one of my cameras.

I know they are requiring people to take a test for a portion of the NE corner of WA for Identifying blackbears from grizzly.
