What are your thoughts on this bear? The first picture you can zoom in and really see the long light colored claws and the dished face profile. The second pic the cub looks more like a blackie, but not a real good face profile. This is the Idaho Selkirks so they are around. I am going with Grizz.

That face says griz and the young is at that gawky stage!!! Thanks
-
Definitely a grizzly bear.

100% grizz

Grizzly bear Adams! Cool pic.

Yes grizz

Mistakes could easily be made with the young ones if not careful.
-
Big shoulder hump. Clearly a Grizzly regardless of color.

Not really. We have way too many of the blasted things. I've got a female with two cubs on one of my cameras.

I don't share my pictures online, but it's in the NE Corner.
-
From last night
-
Medium blackie. :o
-
Grizzly for sure. Shoulder hump, Small stubby rounded ears, dished face profile, and the fur. To me that is 100% a grizzly but I could be wrong. I know they are requiring people to take a test for a portion of the NE corner of WA for Identifying blackbears from grizzly.
-
Where Skillet took that picture, there are no black bears. It was a trick question!
-
Griz for sure.
