When I went scouting I was founding a bunch of cows so I’m hoping the bulls will come to them and not the other way around.
Cows will stay on the feed, bulls will find the cows

It can be a great area late if the elk are there! It just depends on the weather, hunting pressure, and when the elk have decided to migrate to their winter feeding areas (Oak Creek). I would suggest driving through the area and check out some of the logging roads between crow creek campground and ravens roost. You may not be able to drive all the way to ravens roost due to snow in the late hunt.

Just a quick heads up . . . Little Naches is not open for the early hunt in September unless you have a quality bull special permit for the area. It is open for the late hunt, Nov. 21 - Dec. 8.

All I can say is hunting in September can be problematic if you get an animal on the ground and no help to pack it out. Try and line up some buddies to help pack if your successful.
Ya I have one that may be able to on weekends but his mom won’t let I’m during school days.

I am 16 and this is my first year hunting with a bow. I am looking to hunt the little naches but am open to hunt tanuem to. I am not familiar with little naches and was wondering if anyone new where to focus most of my time. If anyone can help it would be appreciated wether it’s is just advice or during the hunt. Thanks in advance.

Find like 5 or 6 spots 300-500 yards minimum off the road and Alternate spots depending if someone's hunting them and also let spots simmer in case you get busted buy Cows and Bulls set sodium sulfate blocks @ each one there usually yellow. Set a camera up as soon as possible and keep him up on the lowest setting and then pull them and see if you get a bull coming consistently at a certain time make sure they're at that time spray cow piss estrus all over yourself because they will smell you no matter what don't worry about the wind up there because for some reason in little Naches the wind changes every 5 seconds is it possible to hunt the wind at least in my spirit experience there's so many thermals the wind is so unpredictable in that area focus on fifes Ridge amd the 1920 amd 1922 road amd any other roads u find and all the small skid roads in that areaI am 16 and this is my first year hunting with a bow.
