had a funny revelation waterproofing my La Sportivas.. Was trying to find Nikwax and no one had it and decided to get the Kenetrek stuff.. Like most, its bees wax blend. My girls came in and mentioned something smelled like honey.. Sure enough, it does a little.
Could make for some interesting moments in bear country I guess!!! Anyone else ever notice this?
