Title: WA CPL renewal notice
Post by: seakev on October 07, 2018, 07:01:34 PM: Curious if anybody inside the 90 day renewal window for their CPL has received a notice from DOL. I'm inside 60 days and haven't seen or heard a thing. Not that I really expected the state fulfill their obligation. ;)

And it had nothing to do with the DOL. it was thru my local PD.

The state wasn't required to until earlier this year.

Understood. Legislation signed in the last year changed that.

Don't wait for one. I did not get one, and I let mine lapse for a time. You end up paying extra and may wait without a CPL while renewal is processed. Go and renew now.
