Hey all, does anybody know if you can use live minnows in Wa St.

nope

In the salt water I'm not sure, someone who fishes the salt maybe can answer that.

edit:
You can use live forage fish caught on the columbia, in the columbia below rocky point.  Seems to be the only exception to using live bait fish in fresh water.

No and it sucks!! A crappie bite on live minners is awesome!!!

Thanks guys! I was hopeing I could dip and fish same lake.

Polarbear That was excactly what I was thinking. Going after them tomorrow morning using plastic jigs and crappie nibbles. Thanks again guys.

Cant even use live leaches any more. Damn I miss those slimy little things.
