My son hunted the Huckleberry with a WDFW bio last week. They know there are wolves in the vicinity :twocents:

Post by: DeKuma on October 29, 2018, 11:39:51 AM: Hunted the Huck for Deer the first 10 days of the season. Lots and lots of sign and Hair Poop.
DNR enforcement officer confirmed wolves in the area and stated they had found one locally that died of "heavy metallic poisoning"
Saw way fewer deer than I ever have, but the moose population was doing well it seemed.
