Checks in the mail.

I do t get how one voter or 60 % can take away the constitutional rights of even one person if that person has done  nothing wrong other than exercise that right.

What’s to stop them from taking away freedom of speech?

How does this initiative affect tribes on reservations?  I assume a tribal member between 18-20 won't be able to get a semi-auto now, and that you guys will have to go to the training, too.  Is it a real muddy situation where that is something the feds could do, but the state can't?

It is a difficult situation and 1 that requires some research to answer.

This is interesting. There were several that bitched that the NRA was spending no money in advertising before the election to try and swing voters. It looks to me like the NRA were fairly confident that it would pass due to the big counties, and planned on putting the advertising money into the law suit. Pretty smart IMO!

Will end up with the SCOTUS.

That's my bet, hoping its settled before that though.

It will be interesting to see what portions get challenged.  My guess is the locking requirements.
