We had a lot of no shows at out Dec.1 class. Based on that I am going to say if I turned you down for the class because we were full up we will take you at the Dec.8 class
Also the class is supposed to start at 9:00 but the doors didn't open at Cabelas until 9:00. Not too worry we'll wait a bit for you.

Thanks again to the Karen, Bruce and John for taking the time to educate and help us new guys get interested in getting the trapping bug.

It was a really fun class, thank you all for coming. And a special thank you to my lovely assistants, John and Bruce (and Ed last week). With their wealth of knowledge it's amazing we got it all done in 1 day. These men know almost everything there is to know about trapping and are willing to share with newcomers.
Between the 2 classes this month there are 73 new trappers in WA now! Welcome to the club.

And to all 73 of you, don't be afraid to ask questions here on the forum. With the 900 or so trappers in Washington now, iv yet to meat one that isn't willing to share information and knowledge about fur handling, trap building and maintenance, set location how to read sign so on and so forth. We encourage this new growth in the trapping community here so we are always willing to help one another! I've taken 3 trappers under my wing now and taught them what i know and they are all up and running as successful trappers. So always feel free to ask questions!

My son and I were at the Dec 1 class....it was great! Thank you all for everything you do. Can't wait to get out and give it a try....think I'll start with the raccoons in the back yard just for the practice  Maybe have to get a coonskin cap made or something :tung:
Have a couple or 3 places to check out for other stuff and got landowner permission for one already. Gotta get the garage turned into a fur shed and be ready to deal with the catch before I get ahead myself.....
