"... after he admitted trapping an endangered Mexican gray wolf and hitting it with a shovel." The accused are an LE's best source of evidence via their mouths.

Comply with the terms of your lease or the land owner may kick you off...this is pretty simple to understand...except this involves wolves and federal land. If my entire livelihood was dependent on this one lease, I sure wouldn't be doing things that clearly violated it.
Frankly, I think we are seeing a federal government that is being more proactive given how the whole Bundy fiasco played out. To not kick him off sends the message you can continue to break rules without much penalty...he may ultimately get a second chance on appeal, but at least the FS is sending a clear message about following federal laws when grazing on our public lands.

:yeah:Well said.Don't cry about your punishment after being caught.

The Mexican grey wolf is a fake wolf, bred up my the USFWS using dogs, and a sampling of wolf, some of the pups had so much dog in them they had to be culled.
First thing the USFWS did was dump their pen raised wolves in the middle of cattle country.
Just like the illegal wolf introduction into the Yellowstone and Idaho, the Mexican wolves are a fraud pushed on the people to destroy ranching and as we are seeing hunting.
Record number of Mexican wolves found dead in 2018

I guess that makes it OK to graze on public land, trap one, kill it, and talk about it later. Kind of like sending one through the mail, isn't it?
-
funny how the "Bundy's" got some justice!! "Prosecutorial Misconduct" :yike: :yike: Typical conduct from your neighborhood Feds!! :bash:
The Feds couldn't even win in their "safe place" Portland!! :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:
Now if the DOJ would re-investigate ole H. Reid!!!

He forgot the SSS slogan. If he would of shut up he wouldn't of had his problem. What a dumb ass.

The USFWS illegally released the wolves into the Yellowstone and Idaho, and now they protect them above all else, but that's ok isn't it?
Wolves kill livestock in WA and etc. and the state game agencies, USFWS refuse to confirm, or slow walk wolf control, which isn't OK.
