We were out in Hancock Kapowsin timberland today on a landing where we often glass. Hubby let out a howl trying to locate coyotes I was glassing the treeline right below us on the edge of a clearcut and spotted a bear sunning itself. He moved behind a clump pf brush and proceeded to lay there, ignoring us,about 130 yards away, Here's a pic I took through the spotting scope- he was a pretty nice bear.
