Here you go, nice deer, what an azz. Give me a couple points would ya, I need elk points!!
-
Does he have a long stringy mustache ?
cant quite tell
-
Oh boy.
Hope he gets caught.
-
jerry needs elk points and he still won’t draw :chuckle:
What a POS! Really nice buck
Did he pack the meat out or just take the head? Wish the pic was a little clearer
-
Hopefully they can nail this guy!
-
Surrounded by private property, local would be my guess too. Seen enough of that. Hope they nail him. :bash:
-
Do you know if he violated any other laws or just trespass to kill the deer with a bow? You might not know until LE talks to him whether he used a gun, shot at night, didn't have a tag.
Poachers, :bash:, stealing the resources from law abiding hunters.

Somebody has to know that guy. If it is the guy from the TV show that would be epic.
-
Hope somebody called a warden to at least let them know whats up.
-
I'll forward to my buddy......he has land up in that area and knows a lot of the locals.
How far up n. Pine Creek was this?

It sure does look like him, and he lives in that area. Even more epic if it was him and they showed video from the hunt on the TV show.

right near henery road and pine creek.

I hope you can catch him, with that said those pictures really aren't very good at all. Would be tough to prove in court that it is anyone specific unless you could come up with the clothes that matched. The pictures are just pretty low quality. Good luck IDing your offender.

Im pretty sure he crossed my neighbor's property , if so we should have more pictures.

If you have a kill site there is DNA from the deer there. If you find the suspect they check the freezer for the same dna and boom convicted.

I don't know if there is any "extra" state game personnel available to investigate this unfortunately it sounds like they are all flying around in helicopters trying to save things that really matter...wolves, not mule deer..

I didn't realize that the kill sight had been found and that the DNA evidence was available. I thought all they had was the two photos. If so you are spot on!

I'm am not saying they did find the kill site, I said if. There is not much information in the post as far as details. The information and photos given would be impossible to build a case around that would hold up in a court of law I think that is why the OP is asking for help.

:bdid: To think of all the private property I used to hunt on both sides of the river as a teenager. That was 50 years ago. We didn't even know some was private. Times change and property changes. Accept it or suffer the consequences. :twocents:
-
Awesome. Keep us posted!

Apparently the guy is claiming he shot it on his land and it ran away . he said he found it two days later and there was a cat on it . my neighbor isn't pressing charges. personally i would have since the guy is a piece of work imo. even if he didn't call the other land owner he should have called a warden. unless we can see the kill site its probably going no where. with five inches of fresh snow last night its not going to happen . years ago my other neighbor just got close to his land and the guy ran him off .
-
:bash:
People and their stories... hopefully the crap stain neighbor will realize you guys are serious now and just stay on his own place.
-
Dont look like the cat ruined the Cape! What a crock@
-
:chuckle:
Hopefully he steers clear from now on.
-
Man, why can’t people just do things the right way! Hope he steers clear of property that he does not own.
