Woohoo! Almost didn't go out today with the NOAA forecast of a Gale Warning, but looking outside, it was calm this morning so went anyways.
My friend caught his first BM, 11 1/2 pounds. Mine was a little smaller at 9 pounds. Coho killers, 42" behind a dodger trolled on the bottom at 108 feet.
Caught a nice one last week as well.

Well done and above average fish.

Green and white double glo and blue spatterback.
The one in the bottom photo was caught on a mini flasher and pink micro hoochie. :yike:

Sounds fun. Unless I can figure out a way to get over to Port Angelas, I probably won't bother with halibut.
