Took 2 years and 7 months but I finally got this in the house!

Now, what to do with 14 feet of leather!

Did it shrink a little getting it tanned? 14' is a nice Croc

Here is the back!  (it is also as hard as a turtle shell so not sure it would tan well)

Pretty cool. I assume you put it out there just for parties and annoying children, or for annoying children's parties.

yeah, I thought it looked better in the grass than on the carpet for the photo.  Not 100% sure where to put it.  I sent the head back to the taxidermist to do a little work on it - not quite what I was looking for.  The head is fake, but the back and tail are real.  Since I wanted the skull they could not do a skin mount of the head.  I guess the skin is so stuck to the skull that they cannot remove it.
