I've been trying to buy a new slide for my pistol and my credit cards keep getting denied, first from the a company that makes the slide, then from Gunbroker . Go to Midway and use one of the cards that was denied and everything goes through. And this is minutes after I got denied from the other two sites. :bash:
Has anyone else had a problem buying gun parts using a credit card?
I tried to call the credit card companies but got tired of being on hold.
One of these cards I used to buy an AR last year down in Lewiston.
Ended up having to write a check to the seller on Gunbroker.

Problem most likely with your credit card company. Sadly, need to wait on hold and find out why it was decline. Most likely, fraud protection kicked in...

No issues here

Good to hear. I was afraid it was some anti-gun BS since it was only the gun sites that it was being denied. I did talk to one of the slide manufacturers, and they said they were getting hit with a lot of credit card fraud, so the fraud protection thing makes sense.

Some sellers use paypal for checkout on gun broker. PAYPAL IS ANTI GUN. If its gun related a lot of times they will kick it back. If its just a accessory some times it will go through. The title of the item you are paying for has a lot to do with it.
So you might check out and see what site they are using to process the card payments.
