Anyone fishing in the derby. I heard someone weighed in 19.35 lber this morning. That’s a stud blackmouth

Wow that is a toad of a BM.  Heck, big fish any time of the year these days.  Filled an entire punch card last year and only boated one that was 20ish and had to release it because of the extra fin.

Yup, the last few years that fish would either win or be in the top 3 in the south sound summer derbies.10 years ago a 20 wouldn't even get you in the top 10 in the summer.

Seems like the kings in the Reach have really gotten smaller in last 10 years.

2014 or 15 was a run of solid big fish.  Not many since then.
