Prana Zion stretch(archery elk, shed hunting). Kuiu attack if colder temps(mountain hunts, late season mule deer)
x2, as stated, Attacks for cooler weather. Additionally, Sitka Ascent and First Lite Corrugate are excellent as well. All available in solids if that is a concern. Prana Zions are definitely the most friendly on the wallet especially if you find a sale.

Wife and I saw them on sale at the Lincoln City outlet mall in Oregon around Veterans day. They didnt have my size though, or the color I wanted so I ended up at the other end of the mall getting some Northface and Columbia pants that were very similar for around i want to say $40.

Can find prana on sale for under $50I love the Pranas, have several pair. I just ordered two pairs of the Wranglers and they are very similar - same material, slightly slimmer in the hips/butt than the Pranas. If the Wranglers wear as well as the Pranas I'm probably just buying them in the future.

Unionbay makes a pair of pants that sells at Costco. Olive, Tan and stone, water repellent is great, comfortable fit, tear resistant. Bought a pair for North idaho summer hiking and was so impressed went back and picked up another 5 pair. Wore them and my usual base layer on an October Rifle hunt high in the snow. Super impressed with them. At 19$ a pair, the marketers of anything more expensive can pound sand. :chuckle:This is what i use year around,have had same 5 pairs diff. colors for 3 years and none are worn out yet. :tup:

Another company to look at is Duluth, especially now they’ve put stores in the NW. I have the first rendition of their Dry on the fly cargo pants. While durable, they don’t stretch much. The latest dry on the fly with flexfit stretches a lot and I can see these becoming one of my outdoor activities favorites to wear. Their flexpedition pants also stretch a lot and I compare them to the Eddie Bauer material with the DWR. But the Duluth are not so form fitting and have a fuller seat and thigh, which I prefer. Sale prices are the way to buy them for sure, but worth checking out.

Kuiu attack or tiburon pants
Kuiu Tiburon are flat out magic. I have 2 pairs (neither in camo) and they're so light and flexible/comfortable but the biggest draw is how fast they dry. I can jump into a river and then be dry in 5 minutes. They're incredible. The Attack are good too but quite a bit thicker and I would only wear on cold-weather hikes.
