If I trap a bobcat or coyote is it legal to sell it to one of you on this site? I am new to this. I have been doing a lot of trapping and have gotten quite a few pictures of bobcat and coyote on trail cams. I don't really want to tackle trying to get one or two ready for a sale if I trap them. I have been focusing on beaver and muskrat for fun.

You have to get the Bobcat sealed by a WDFW employee or a designated person authorized to seal pelts before you do anything with it.
Then you can sell the Bobcat pelt and you don't need to do anything with the coyote, you can sell them in the round (whole animal) or you can skin it and sell it raw too.
If you buy and then resale, you need a fur handler license. So I couldn't buy your pelts, process them, then sale them at a fur market unless I have that extra license.

Got it. I have skinned a lot of deer, elk, bear, and now beaver......never a bobcat. YouTube will be my best friend if I get one I suppose.

I'm in arlington also if you need a second set of hands to show you how to on the bobcat.
I trap also and am all set up. I've done a couple for friends that didn't know how and wanted to have them rugged.
shoot me a pm if interested.

I set a trail cam on the set. I got about 30 cool pics of bobcat all round the trap. None in it of course.
