....might really mess with Wyoming and Colorado. That was a serious storm.

This could put a kink into a guys draw plan. Better do more research :( Colorado reports haven’t been good.

Anybody have any updates on what the weather did for winter kill in Wyoming?
-
I know that Iowa and Nebraska have serious flooding and dozens of deaths.
-
Im sure youve seen the video if them digging out buried cows that were still alive.
I caught a snippet yesterday of them digging out a mountain goat....didnt really look right, but I couldnt watch it so...

Looks like is was awful for a few days in CO and WY but then warmed up pretty quick and there is not a ton of snow on the ground in the wintering areas. I thought the worst winter kill years tended to be March snow storms followed by freezing weather.

that's a relief.
I have points in both those states so winter kill is never a happy headline.
But, as a resident of the southwest, we are critically dependent on Colorado River apportionment. Every inch of snow fall in Colorado and Wyoming is a welcome headline to us.
We've been diligently storing surplus water for decades down here but if trends continue we may face some onerous water restrictions.
Let it snow...
