I drew a spring bear permit this year, and I noticed something on the envelope that I’m pretty sure is new... maybe a sign of things to come 🤷🏻♂️(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190322/de040a661cc14054b0eda43f7d1e91ec.jpg)

Was this a Washington tag? If so I also wonder if it is new. :dunno:

I noticed that also, got mine 2 days ago.

Is there any chance is has to do with the Rez?

It could be, but I don’t think the tribes use the same tags and reporting system.

I would imagine these are the same envelopes used by biologists for field work. Wolf is on their for when they do a necropsy on a wolf that is found dead or poached. I would imagine they also take samples from wolves killed in the act of depredation.
